  • Reduces phlegm and promotes the dissipation of pathogenic water: for phlegm and fluids clogging up the Lungs or problems due to accumulation of phlegm and thin mucus. While most appropriate for cold disorders, when combined with the proper herbs it can also be used for hot disorders.
  • Redirects the qi downward and stops vomiting: for vomiting, hiccough, and belching.

Dosage

Treasure of the East recommends splitting the dosage into two or three servings per day.  If taken twice a day, each serving size is 5 grams.  If taken three times a day, each serving should be 3 grams. Each measuring spoon included with Treasure of the East granules holds 1.5g.
