What Are Your Business Hours?

We strive to remain active and be available for our customers as often as possible and for as long as we can.

We are available from:
9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST (Monday - Friday),
10 A.M. - 2 P.M. EST (Saturday),
12 P.M. - 2 P.M. EST (Sunday).

Please note: We do not ship or process orders on weekends and public holidays.

How Long Does It Take To Ship My Product?

We do our best to ensure that orders are prepared for shipment within two business days of receiving orders. However, we typically process/fulfill orders and ship them out the same day, granted the payment is complete and all customer details, including the shipping address provided, are valid. Please note that same-day fulfillment is only available for some orders placed before 1 P.M. EST or 10 A.M. PST. For more information, contact us.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Once your order is shipped, depending on the location, you should receive it within 2-6 business days. If you are within the US, you may receive it sooner, as we use UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail for US-based shipping.
