Ren Shen Yang Rong Tang (Ginseng Decoction to Nourish the Nutritive Qi) is a classical formula from the He Ji Ju Fang. It is a comprehensive qi and blood tonic that simultaneously nourishes the Heart and calms the spirit, making it particularly suitable for patterns of qi and blood deficiency with prominent spirit disturbance - fatigue, pallor, palpitations, insomnia, poor memory, and anxiety. It builds on Shi Quan Da Bu Tang by adding Wu Wei Zi to astringe the Lung and calm the spirit, and Yuan Zhi to open the Heart orifice and settle the Shen, while removing Chuan Xiong to avoid excess movement. Available from TCM Zone as concentrated granules in 42 individual packets.
