Xiao Yao San (Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) is one of the most widely prescribed formulas in Chinese medicine, designed to treat Liver constraint with Blood deficiency and secondary Spleen deficiency. First recorded in the Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang, it harmonizes the Liver and Spleen, relieves Qi stagnation, and nourishes the Blood simultaneously.
