To address typical acute Wind Chill type Catch Cold. Essential oils in this Blend tend to be anti viral, warming, decongesting, antitussive and release the surface.

This blend is intended for topical application to areas and points that address external wind, for example, those around the upper back and occiput. It may be used with moxa and cupping. Always test on a small area first for skin sensitivity. It is also recommended for inhalation by placing a few drops in a cup of steaming water or using a diffuser to affect the environment more broadly.
