What is Shilajit?

Shilajit [shee-lah-jeet] is a Sanskrit term that describes both the naturally occurring mineral pitch exudate and the Ayurvedic herbal preparation of purified Shilajit minerals. How to Use

Daily Suggested Serving Size

200mg to 250mg Shilajit Minerals per day. One rice-grain-sized dab of resin = approximately 100mg Shilajit Minerals.

Stir Shilajit into purified water 1 to 2 times daily. Use ONLY non-chlorinated, filtered water. Chlorinated water counteracts the benefits of Fulvic Acid, the active ingredient in Shilajit.

• Start with a smaller serving size. Larger amounts can be taken once an individual's system has become familiar with Shilajit. • If Shilajit dries out, it can still be dissolved in purified water; it simply takes a little more time. To re-moisten dried Shilajit, add a few drops of purified water to the dried Shilajit Minerals in the jar. Clean and reseal the lid, shake, and let sit for a few hours. After the Shilajit has had time to soak up the water, it will become pliable again. If more moisture is required, add a few more drops of water and repeat.

1. Fill a mug with 1 part cold, purified water.
2. Add: juice from 1/4 to 1/2 of a lemon or lime; 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup; 1 small dab of Resin or 10 drops of Wild American Shilajit Solution.
