Actions
- Invigorates the blood, reduces swelling, and alleviates pain: for blood stasis patterns such as postpartum abdominal pain, amenorrhea, or pain and swelling from falls, fractures, contusions, or sprains.
- Stops bleeding: for excessive postpartum bleeding with dizziness, vertigo, and shortness of breath.
Dosage
Treasure of the East recommends splitting the dosage into two or three servings per day.  If taken twice a day, each serving size is 5 grams. If taken three times a day, each serving should be 3 grams. Each measuring spoon included with Treasure of the East granules holds 1.5g.
