Qing Wei San is a classical TCM formula that drains Stomach fire, cools the blood, and nourishes the ying.


Qing Wei San, translated as Clear the Stomach Powder, is a classical TCM formula used to address excess fire accumulating in the Stomach channel. It combines heat-clearing herbs with blood-cooling and yin-nourishing ingredients to address both the excess fire and the resulting impact on blood and nutritive (ying) levels.

  • Drains Stomach fire to relieve heat accumulation in the Stomach channel
  • Cools the blood to address heat entering the blood level
  • Nourishes the ying (nutritive level) to restore balance following fire accumulation
  • Traditionally used for Stomach heat patterns, including associated oral and dental discomfort
