  • Moistens the Lungs and clears the voice: for cough, sore throat, and hoarseness.
  • Comforts the Liver and regulates the qi: for flank and epigastric pain due to constrained qi.
  • Also used topically to promote healing of ulcerated suppurative sores.

The typical recommended daily dosage of formula for an adult is 9 grams; however, the ultimate decision should be determined by a qualified healthcare professional.

Treasure of the East recommends splitting the dosage into two or three servings per day.  If taken twice a day, each serving size is 5 grams.  If taken three times a day, each serving should be 3 grams. Each measuring spoon included with Treasure of the East granules holds 1.5g.
