Ma Zi Ren Wan, also known as the Hemp Seed Pill, is a classical formula from the Shang Han Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage). In TCM, it is categorized among formulas that moisten the Intestines and unblock the bowels, and is traditionally indicated for patterns of heat in the Large Intestine with dryness.
