Rehmannia also helps strengthen vitality.Cordyceps: One of several notable medicinal mushrooms, Cordyceps supports normal kidney, liver, and immune function. Its tonifying actions are restorative, helping maintain overall energy and vitality by supporting normal metabolic processes throughout the body.Astragalus: Studies combining Astragalus with Dong Quai root suggest these herbs may collectively affect the kidneys, helpingnormalize gene expression and maintain stable kidney function.
