Goldenseal

Goldenseal is indicated for warm and hot immune conditions. In the respiratory it works best when the mucus is thick, yellow, or green in color. It is an effective remedy for sinus infections (can dilute in water and snort as a sinus irrigation fluid). It should only be used when acute or sick. do not use over two weeks. It will help resolve the infection and get the mucus back to a clear infection state. It is not indicated for thin runny mucus.
