Castor Oil Pack Roll-on

Used as an external compress, castor oil packs can be used to alleviate a variety of health conditions including menstrual cramps, arthritis, surgical adhesions, stretch marks, liver and intestinal disorders, and congestion of the abdominal organs. Castor oil can benefit the skin, support the digestive system, promote detoxification, increase circulation and decrease inflammation.

DIRECTIONS: Apply castor oil to clean skin, cover with flannel and apply dry heat.
For acute conditions castor oil packs can be used nightly for 30 minutes, after 5 nights take 2 nights off, then repeat for 2 weeks or until the condition resolves.
For non-acute conditions: use 3 times a week, every other night for 3 weeks, taking the 4th week off.
For external use only, do not ingest. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin or areas affected by rashes. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes.
