Baicalcumin

Baicalcumin combines seven specialized herbal extracts. Scute extract has a high proportion of the flavonoid components (about 85%), mainly baicalin and baicalein, which have been shown to inhibit a wide range of viruses, including hepatitis B, HIV and lung viruses. Licorice extract is rish in glycyrrhizin, which similarly inhibits viruses. Turmeric is extracted to yield at least 90% curcumin, an anti-inflammatory compound that inhibits DNA activation of chronic viruses and oncogenes. Prunella extract is rich in polysaccharides that have been shown to have immune-regulating and caner-inhibiting effects. Salvia extract is used to improve blood circulation; it is also an inhibitor of viral hepatitis. Coix extract has been shown to promote immune system functions and inhibit viruses. Together, these ingredients help maintain regular, calm cellular activity, and prevent activation of disruptive cellular processes, such as DNA- integrated viruses and neoplasm initiators. This formula has a wide range of recommended dosage. For preventive health care, it can be taken 1-2 tablets each time, tiwce per day, but for treating a viral disorder or other serious problem, its dosage can be increased to as many as 4 tablets each time, three times daily. At that dosage, the licorice level is high, and one should monitor for potential sodium=potassium imbalance is used for an extended period.*
