Pet formula; tonifies Kidney yang, warms channels, dispels cold-dampness. For hind limb weakness, lumbar weakness, cold-sensitive joint pain, and urinary incontinence in aging animals.*
Ba Ji Wan is a classical TCM formula centered on Ba Ji Tian (Morinda Root), used to tonify Kidney yang, warm the channels, and dispel cold and dampness from the sinews and bones. In veterinary practice, this formula is indicated for animals showing signs of Kidney yang deficiency with cold obstruction: hind limb weakness or atrophy, lumbar stiffness, cold sensitivity, reluctance to move in cold weather, and urinary incontinence from Kidney yang failing to consolidate. It also addresses pain and stiffness arising from cold-damp obstruction in the channels and joints.
