Actions: Diluted in water and used as a mouthwash, it inhibits bacteria, acts as an astringent, stimulates saliva flow and helps prevent plaque formation. It can also be dropped directly on infections in the mouth, canker sores, etc. (Note: that it may irritate mucous membrane tissue).
