Fascia Buddy Squared Plastic Cupping Set, 20pc

The FasciaBuddy® Square Plastic Cupping Set offers a breakthrough approach to myofascial decompression therapy. Designed with a square shape to reduce gaps between cups, this system allows practitioners to build seamless decompression zones that target broad muscle groups or specific fascial pathways. The set is ideal for addressing pain, restricted mobility, hypertonic or hypotonic muscle patterns, and more—without the inconsistent spacing of traditional round cups.

Each set includes 20 rigid plastic cups in five graduated sizes to suit various anatomical areas and therapeutic goals. The square form factor enables precise side-by-side placement, forming what’s known as a customized myofascial decompression matrix. This method promotes circulation, lymphatic drainage, and nerve activation while improving fascial glide and muscle tone balance.

What Is a Myofascial Decompression Matrix?

A myofascial decompression matrix is a customized arrangement of cups placed side by side to engage muscle and fascial layers across a treatment zone. By applying negative pressure evenly over a connected area, the matrix encourages hydration, tissue glide, circulation, and neurological responsiveness. The FasciaBuddy® Squared cups are uniquely suited for this technique due to their uniform shape and rigid structure.
