For some reason that we haven't yet been able to determine, goldenseal is no longer readily available, so we created Swish-Swish as a replacement swish. This swish uses medicinals which are high in the same component contained in goldenseal which is the compound berberine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn combination with the use of plants which are high in berberine, we have included a number of other plants which increase the strength of the gums.
