Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan is a classical TCM formula that modifies the foundational yin tonic Liu Wei Di Huang Wan with the addition of Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena) and Huang Bai (Phellodendron). These two bitter, cold herbs enhance the formula's ability to clear deficiency heat and fire, making it suited to yin deficiency patterns where heat signs are more prominent.
