Contraindications: This herb is relatively warm and drying, and unless prepared, can be irritating when ingested. Contraindicated for those with yin deficiency with heat signs as well as those with peptic ulcers or gastritis. - Bensky
Ingredients
Zhi Yuan Zhi - Polygala tenuifolia Praeparata (Lab Tested) Cleaned Yuan Zhi is added to concentrated decoction of Gan Cao. It is covered and left to soak and then slowly boiled until most of the liquid is absorbed. It is then removed and dried in the sun.
