Run Chang Wan, translated as Moisten the Intestines Pill, is a classical TCM formula used to address patterns of Intestinal dryness and blood insufficiency giving rise to constipation. Its oil-rich, moistening, and mildly moving ingredients work to lubricate the Intestines and restore normal bowel function without the harshness of strongly purging formulas.
