Nasal Passage Blend

For symptoms of acute or chronic sinus and nasal inflammation, congestion and pressure.

This essential oil blend is recommended to be added, 1 to 3 drops, to a light saline solution, as a nasal rinse using a neti pot or Navage for example. Alternatively, it can simply be inhaled, by steam diffusion into the air or by placing a few drops in a cup of steaming water. Additionally, it may be applied on appropriate acupuncture points.
