Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan (Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill) is a classical TCM formula from Zhang Zhong-Jing’s Jin Gui Yao Lue. It is a foundational formula in the blood-invigorating category, targeting blood stasis in the lower jiao. The five-herb formula combines Gui Zhi and Chi Shao to warm and move the blood, Tao Ren and Mu Dan Pi to invigorate blood and dispel stasis, and Fu Ling to support the Spleen and resolve dampness.
