In a randomized, placebo-controlled study involving 80 women between 18 and 50 years of age, KSM-66 Ashwagandha® (300 mg twice daily) for 8 weeks resulted in significant improvement in Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) mean total scores and sub-scales of desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, and sexual satisfaction compared to placebo.¹ In another randomized, placebo-controlled study involving 50 women between 21 and 50 years of age, KSM-66 Ashwagandha® (300 mg twice daily) for 8 weeks also improved scores in the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) total and sub-domain scores for arousal, lubrication, orgasm, and satisfaction.² The group receiving KSM-66 also exhibited a greater number of successful sexual encounters compared to the placebo group.²
